For my random musing for the morning I thought I would discuss something not entirely related to printing or clothing design: our hands. Though in reality it relates very much to the topic at “hand” (sorry couldn’t resist). Our hands are what we use to create all the wonderful things in this world, yet by doing so so we end up damaging them, for example a pianist will damage his/her knucles over time, a bassist will damage t their fingertips, a screen printer will damage their wrist etc etc. So my musing for today is, how much can our hands produce in one life time, and when our hands “run out of batteries” will we be happy with what we have produced? I certainly hope so, thats why I’m so glad to be involved in a project like this because I’m getting to to put my hands to good use, making the damage certainly a worthy sacrifice, and I hope everyone reading this blog get the same opportunity
